I really miss my cat

Author: breeder

I loved my cat, Leaf so much but unfortunately we had to give him away. We found a good no kill shelter to take him. I gave the lady 50.00 to have him fixed, which was the only way she would accept him.

A few days after he was there I called to check on him and found out he was diabetic and had a seizure in the night and died. I was never so upset. I couldn’t eat or sleep for days, I kept thinking if we would if had him he would have lived. I don’t know if that is true or not, but I couldn’t help feeling guilty.

He was the funniest cat, he loved yoplat yogurt. I don’t care where he was in the house if you opened a carton he would hear you and come running. We found ourselves going in the bathroom and turning on the water so he couldn’t hear us and we could eat our snack in peace!

When we moved one time and I was cleaning out my closet, in the back I found dozens of empty yogurt cartons he had gotten out of the trash and hidden for his own stash!

I really miss him.
